This training is designed to give you an introduction to the history, science and some of the basic techniques involved with the profound and beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is often translated into " Yogic Sleep". It is the experience of being completely aware, but also completely relaxed at the same time with the mind being in a blank state, blissful state.
This training will include two basic Yoga Nidra practices designed to help you access the healing effects that mimic the deepest state of sleep and reduce stress. We will learn how to harness the healing powers of Yoga Nidra so you can tap into the ability to heal yourself to be lighter and more present with every piece of your life.
